Notice is hereby given that I will sell at Public Auction on the 5th day of April next at the late residence of Isaac B. White, near Linden the personal property of said deceased, consisting of horses, hogs, cattle, corn, wheat in the ground, farming utensils, & c. Terms of sale: All sums above three dollars a credit of 9 months will be given the purchaser giving note with security waiving the benefit of valuation or appraisement laws.
